Dear Friends,
Our hearts are bleeding. We are grieving. We want change. We make art possible because we believe in a world that embraces all people and values their individual and unique contributions to our community. We see a world that is not broken by inequity, but instead a world that grows stronger in the way that we care for each other. We stand in solidarity with Black and Brown artists and our community of collaborators in the fight for justice against racism and police brutality. We say these names - George Floyd, Ahmaud Arbery, Tony McDade, Breonna Taylor, and many more. We dance and support dance because it is healing. We need to heal. We need to take action.
